The BCC is pleased to share some of the brightest jewels in the crown of British choral music! We will perform Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016 at 3pm & 7:30pm at First Congregational Church, 2401 Cornwall Ave.
Anchoring the program is John Rutter’s Gloria accompanied by brass, percussion, and organ. Audience members will also hear works by Benjamin Britten, Ralph Vaughan Williams, Healy Willan, William Byrd, Herbert Howells, John Tavener, and of course George Frideric Handel. To supplement our concert program, our very own Teresa Lenssen and Courtney Price have created a wonderful concert guide to the composers and the Messiah, and Hannah Geneser has put together a great biography on the composer John Rutter!
Head to our Brown Paper Tickets page to purchase tickets online – we also have tickets available for purchase at the downtown and Cordata Co-ops in Bellingham, and at Lynden and Bellingham Village Books locations. You can also see all of this information, as well as RSVP, on our Facebook events pages for the 3pm concert and the 7:30 pm concert. If you’d like to download a concert poster, click here!
Thank your for your continued support of the Bellingham Chamber Chorale, and we look forward to seeing you in December!
